Stupid TR complaints - Page 2

Complaining about Vanu not using juggernaut tactics when they don't have juggernaut weapons? I see something seriously wrong here. Vex, when certain weapons stress certain tactics over others, you tend to use those, or die. If you've played Mechwarrior, would you play an Elemental the same way you would an Atlas? If you've played AvP, would you played an Alien the same way you would a Predator? Starcraft: play Zerg same as Protoss? Hundreds of other examples, how long have you been playing games?

actually gauss wins up close and cycler from far off. Gauss has to deal with too much recoil to not be an upcloase weapon and the fact that it has more punch. Cycler has the most accurate burst mode ever, it snipes shooting 5-10 rounds if u want!

does kinda seem teams are kinda set by skill level.

When you start, your TR, cause it's easy to own when TR.

Lean to shoot straight, and it's NC, as their shots, tend to pack more punch.

When you wanna prove your better than anyone else, you go Vanu. Other than the Magrider, Vanu is pretty bad vs. TR and NC. so with your inferior equip, if you own, you own.

For a boost, if all Vanu weapons had a small Plasma nade effect they would be good. Problem solved.

I really hope they don't nerf the NC's jackhammer.

I think its their best asset.

When playing against NC its the only thing they can consistantly beat me with (i use the sweeper and lancer).

Its not overpowered, it SHOULD own the crap out of me at close range.

First of all, it's "Gauss" and second of all it's not a Vanu weapon.

Please wait til you make it out of BR2 before you start talking trash. Obviously you've never played stairwell pounder party, but since you probably won't make it out of Sanctuary before your 30 day trial is up, I doubt we'll have to hear from you again regarding weapon balance.

He means the only time he gets beat by vanu is up close when he is using the gauss rifle. Hope that helps YOU out.

I am one of these "dumbasses" who play VS. What you have to realize is not everyone plays vid games to be the most uber l33t superputz in the world. Some of us like a challenge and like to be the underdog.

You like TR because they take the least skill and practice to play. I like VS because it takes alot of work to play them and it is very challenging. Different strokes for different folks.

First of all, I agree that it is more difficult to play as the Vanu (excluding the Magriding Lawnmower of DOOM).
However, I do not agree with your peculiar assertion that it takes the "least skill and practice" to be a Terran.
Be careful not to tread the path of ridiculous claims that so many threads like this seem to encompass.
