hi i will get thew game the next days and im reading through alota pages but cant find anything to really answer this question...

the certification:

if i want to pilot a huge viarity of vehicles do i have to spec every vehicle by it self or do i have one "pilot-talent" that i upgrade with further certs to unlock the vehicles for my "rank" ?

well i'm going to buy the game to and as far as i know you can "win" points, with that you buy certificates.

but you can't be everything.
once your points are spend you'll have to work for new ones. so youcan't get everything at the start

but i solved question i just found trhe cert calc here an it shows me how certs are spend

Aye true..

You gain Cert points as you achive battlerank (BR). Each veichle has its own Cert. (Except for ANT.. that one all that have any veichle cert can drive)

If you want to fly multiple veichles you need to get high br and get a cert for each (or you can unlearn a cert and learn another. But you can only unlearn once every 24 hours).
