Killing Habits

Hey,

I was wondering if all of you guys have extremly irregular killing patterns like me. I started to think this after just slaughtering 8 NC inside a base within like 20 seconds of each other. I won't kill anyone for like 10 minutes, then I'll wipe out a squad or two, then go back to 1 or 2 kills every 15 minutes. Sometimes I get regular killing patterns.....well I only get them when fighting VS.

I just wanted to know if I was a messed up no0b or if this was common......and why the hell am I speaking in the past-tense?

no i have off days/ times as well as times when i rape everyone. For example, I was heading for the exit inside a base, i saw 3 guys around the exit door. I charge into em with my cycler blazin and kill all 3, only receinve 25 armor/ 8 health damage. Then i turn the corner to the final door and see one other dude running at me. i mow him down too witout taking ne damage. Then i charge outside kill another dude sitting against the wall, turn D/L on see that his cloaker friends hacking a door kill him too turn corner kill two more guys and finally die to a lasher.

other times ill be lucky if i can kill 2 pepole in 15 minutes.

Talk about being in a Sparrow MAX... sometimes you stand around for half an hour looking at an empty sky, other times the reavers, libs and skeeters are swarming over you like flies around a very tasty pile of manure. So my kills vary a lot. Other nights I don't use the AA MAX at all, but there is still a measure of chance/luck involved.

While repairing a turret and setting up a few mines outside a tower, I found myself flanking the brunt of the infantry attacking the tower. I broke out my Thumper, and one-by-one waxed about nine of them in a little less than a minute.

Then today I found myself face to face(while in my generator-killing gear) with an NC infiltrator. My 150 armor 100hp and supressor vs his knife. I lost.

Yeah, it seems to have something to do with what mood I am in. Sometimes I can kill 20 people in my Lightning, or 7 infantry in a row with my trusty punisher. But some of the time I will be lucky to get to kill one person.

I am usualy happy if I can get a 3:1 kill:death ratio going.

Edit: I forgot to mention the really crazy stuff, like killing 12 infantry, 2 MAXs, running out of ammo, knifiing someone, taking his gun and ammo, and killing another 9. Wish I could do that more often (ever).

This does seem to happen to alot of people. I've actually proven there to be a mind/pshyco whatever factoring in on it. I'll kill like so many people when they just charge a door and then I'll say "Man, I'm the shitz". Then I'll be run over by a friendly tank. The enemy rarely ends those streaks for me. Always that damn tank.

New stuff makes me happy, which means I kill alot. Like when I first got HA I was so happy to finnally be able to steal jackhammers and use the MCG that I killed like 20 ppl in 5 minutes.
