Okay, this went the way of the pig. Incedently, if your a FAN, you stick with your band, through think and thin. If you don't, you weren't a fan. You were a listener. And FYI, I'm a Metal head, but more than that. I like Blue, Jazz, Classical, Metal, Rock, Classic Rock, Soft Rock. I can't stand Country, Dance, Hip hop. And I'm not going to say what bands or musicians I listen to, because you'd probably go Huh? Or They suck. I won't say your music sucks, because it's YOUR music. Music is a third of my life. Without it, I'd have probably gone insane long ago and killed everyone I could before the police shot me dead.

One day I was riding with my friend, and this new song that had recently become popular came on. He turned up the volume a bit and said something about how the song kicked ass. One year later, the same song came on, and he said "This song sucks" because it was old and no longer popular.

These kinds of people should be shot. Stick with your music, not because other people like it, but because YOU like it. When you stop liking it, that's one thing, but if your tastes in music are determined simply by what's popular, you're shallow. You have no independant thought, I'd recommend at least two feet, and a sturdy stool, don't want it to fall as you're thinking about not doing it.

I personally like most of Bon Jovi's music. I like 60's, 70's, 80's, 90's and 00' music. I like music because it moves me. When I feel angry, I listen to some Master of the Puppets, when I feel okay, I listen to some rock, like Poison, or Bon Jovi. When I don't feel happy, I'll maybe listen to Chris de Burgh, or Classical music. And when I'm in glee, I'll listen to Supertramp, Midnight Oil or John Cougar. Music has kept me alive, when the rest of my life was shit. I know a guy who lives Hip Hop. If you'd say anything bad about his music, he'd hurt you badly. I'm not that intense. I just don't hear music I don't like, or acknwoledge(sp, sorry, i don't know how to spell that word, and I'm too lazy) other people's opinions on my music. I suggest you don't waste your words or time on my opinions, because I won't on yours.

Well, that's your opinion, and I'm not going to fault anyone for their opinion.

I'm just tired of hearing people call bands, like Metallica, sellouts. They do what they do to make money. They always did what they did for the money. Look at sports stars like Michael Jordon. NOW, do you see people yelling sellout at him? The man must be worth a few hundred million, and it wasn't simply because of his basket ball career. Don't you think Nike helped him make moneY? No? OooO, where you been monkey boy? China? Mars? Underground? Must have been. Just because people want to make the thing that makes this world turn, doesn't make them sellouts.

As for the age of music, well, I think most of this new stuff is crap. Just a bunch of bands trying to gain fame from each other using the same sound as each other. Nickelback, POD. bands like those. I don't even know them all, because I refuse to listen to the radio. You want to hear some REAL music, go try and find a CD called The Wake of Magellin, by a band called Savatage. Just so you will know what it's like, it's a Rock opera. And it will blow away any of these bloody techno bands, hip hopsters, and rap artists any day. WHY? Because, they use REAL instruments. Piano, violins, guitars, just to name a few. I can't stand dance, techno, hip hop. It's not music if it doesn't use instruments. Real music uses intruments.

But that's just my opinion.
