I beleive that they busted them off the map in early as shit beta, before the NDA was lifted.

You don't need to leave . But yeah I agree that the old towers looked cool. They probably took out the moving grass cause of the FPS problem.

i onder stand the grass but the towers made it eser to understand the vanu b/c hay they say they got all this tech from ancient alien tech and there is no sing of aliens anywhere or any sing of placec where they might of found it

What about all the stuff on Ishunder and thoes type of continents. Have you ever just gone around the middle of them where there are no bases sometimes you see huge rock formations come out in the middle of just flat land. ALIENS!!!!

They didnt take out the grass, all you need to do is turn on flora..

and the old screnies with the purple "penis" towers were changed pre-alpha.

In your video settings. Change it to I believe low, medium or high.

There was never a "Reason" (a public one anyway) why they were removed. Those screens however with the big purple buildgs are mad old.
