Having problems with PS

Ok, I've posted this problem before, but no-one solved it, so here it is again.

When I play PS, the animations play fast, i.e the walking animation plays VERY quick, causing me to walk VERY quick, which is ruining my gameplay, as i feel it's not right. Also, when entering certain continents the game completely locks up and displays an error that says something about allocs.

Sorry man things like this are probably best left to the SOE tech people, try getting the newest drivers, also when useing a laptop you have a speedstepping proccesor and that can befuddle things a bit(i lik ehtat word just leaned it yesterday!)
