I'm sure there's something in the EULA that protects them from that kind of stuff. After all, if the EULA states they can disable your account for anytime, without prior notice, and for any reason, I'm sure they have no quality guarentee either.

As if a lawsuit would help matters. If anything it will make matters worse and make SOE stop participating so much with the community. That guy should be shot. If he doesent like the game then he should go play another, there is no lack of games out there.
