Delete the mp3's.
Hide his speaker wires around the house.
Wake him up when he's trying to sleep.
Tell him to stop, or you will monkey-stomp his ass (important you follow through on this one, and it is best to train him as you would a dog - at the time of the offense).

I would just scare him half to death while he is asleep... Nothing teaches a lesson quite as well as almost crapping yourself while being awoken in a total panic.

This is the most likely option. We're on a home LAN, so I do have access to his files. Who knows, I might also just delete his "My Pictures" folder and replace it with goatse under 64 filenames...

If someone likes rap, your going to have to live with it unless it disturbing the peace. I could say I like Eminem (I don't) and everyone would just have to live with it.
