The uv one is cool in these period. Go for hte double if you wnat to spend a little extra on your case. Thats 69+24.99= 94$+ 89$= 183$ I think the cathoid will just go on and off with the power like this so its not a big worry. it has a lifespan of like 50million hours or whatever i think 23 years was. There very good. the case is always the vairable in price, Since you may want to add little htings like the cathoide to pump it up 8) There are also some uv reactive wires you can add but i think there more expensive at Frozencpu. You may want to get those from www.Xoxide.com I think there alot cheaper there. You want to check what cords you have after you boughten stuff and look for hte same kind if you wnat to get them.

This doesnt include a moniter. But get whichever you can afford. There both the cheapest top of the line you can get.

Tell me if its within your price range and if not what your price range is. We can reduce teh ram to DDR333 and save a bit of money as well as getting smaller harddrives etc. Those are just the top of the line versions.
