So, to sum up the thread. Aztec thinks the new apple key looks like an occult symbol, no one cared and Aztec then decided to make comments about how bad the educational system is thereby once again insert, albeit in a roundabout way, that he goes to one of the hardest schools in Florda and pat himself on the back for his obviously advanced intellect. Of course being proud that you go to one of the hardest schools in Florida is much akin to saying you're proud you took first place in an academic competition for the mentally challenged (just kidding, Aztec ), but I digress. It becomes apparent after reading the thread through from start to finish that the issue was not really that anyone misunderstood what Aztec was saying, but rather they were confused as to what motivated him to post this and why anyone would care about the subjects raised.
Aztec also asked if anyone else knew the story behind the old Apple symbol (the rainbow apple with a bite missing) and then later informed us it's supposedly because of an old urban legend and, again, no one really seemed to care very much. There were then numerous posts of random strangness such as Squeeky's waffle picture. I believe we can chalk this one up to an attempt one one of those "Amusing Observations" threads that simply didn't pan out. It's unfortunate since the observations themselves are at least semi interesting although I'd say the new key looks much more like a celtic symbol than anything from the occult and I'm a little too cynical to buy the story behind the old Apple symbol The End?

The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |
