Die. Any gun that goes through 18 rounds that fast is one fucking hell of a personal defense weapon- imagine the poor gangster who tries to rob you. He'd be swiss cheese before he could react.

The 36 barrel gun has the bullets lined up in each barrel. There is no magazine. You have (for example) six bullets in the barrel that look like this:
--------------------------------------------------------- |===> |===> |===> |===> |===> |===> --------------------------------------------------------- There is no way a gun firing that fast will actually make 1 million rounds per minute- it will go through its ammunition capacity too fast. That's the projected rate if it had unlimited ammo.
