I think the star was added during the 8 second delay from live TV.

We have digital cable with rewind and checked it 5 times. It looks like the guy pulled out a ribbon sticking out of her top. Unfortuantely (for Janet), it was tucked in too far and pulled the whole bundle out.

I DEFINATELY don't think it was intentional. It looks like the ribbon thing (seen in his hand and sticking out from the other breast) was what he was after and it was in so tight it pulled everything out. Look at her tit, it's hanging over the leather.
