If you would have told me I would have come in fourth out of fifth at Melbourne, I would have given anything for that. And you know something? Not only am I going to Lakeview in Orlando, I'm going to Turkey Lake in Orlando! AND KEY BISCAYNE! AND THE STATE CHAMPIONSHIP!!
AND THEN WE'RE GOING TO THE NATIONALS TO TAKE BACK THE TROPHY!!!!!!!!!! YEEEEEEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHH HHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!!! [/dean] You all guessed wrong. For some reason, nobody in the 12:25 timeslot showed up. There were five of us. I got an 8:01, beating the shit out of my old "best".

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly. |

Funny, I thought, shit I wonder where Aztec is rowing today as I was down in Melbourne on Saturday.
I was over at the Spacecoast Aeromedical Institute doing some hypoxia training in a hypobaric chamber. Dunno how far away that is from where you were. HYPOXIA IS FUN! scary huh?

Clemente Center, Florida Tech. Not much of an university.
I'm not sure where Space Coast is, exactly. It sort of overlaps Melbourne? Or not? But that was close, I guess. Overall, in the entire HS Novice Men's, I got 23/28. Not bad, considering I've got like a 20lb weight disadvantage...ok fine, I'm a little chubby.
