I looked up the IP's this evening. They are very similar, but the first 6 numbers of their IP match about 15 other people on this board. We're not going to ban anyone innocent.

the first 6 numbers..Sty what do you mean the if Pork and Scorched have for example 255.255.255.XXX if they have all the first 3 octects the same then its the same person just he has a subneted ip addy

Not if he's using a dynamic IP setup from his ISP... then it could be any of those numbers.

If he has a dynamic ISP liek a cable conectio or 56k it would be very hard to IP bann him, so he owuld come back as a different person whenever he reset his modem

He could know him and use his character. He could easily just have the password to his "freinds" account etc. Why does everyone care so much if hes here anyway. So what if he said something offensive about the worldtrade centers. Who gives a damn. IF you were going by offensive, you have all said more offensive and cruel things about people on your own without having used that well known of an event. He fits in this forum quite well..
