Yea, when I was 14 I had a couple of yards that I mowed on a regular bases and got $15 to $20 a yard. I did that a couple of times a month and I was set.
In the fall I'd go rack leaves and in the spring I'd clean gutters. Wasn't glamorous, but I always had more money than my friends and by the time I was 16 I had enough saved up to pay cash on the spot for a '76 Cutlass Supreme. $900 bucks and she was all mine. I miss that car sometimes. |

I don't get paid an allowance at all, but I convinced my dad to pay for PS. I do pay for everything else myself though. If I have it, I paid for it, garaunteed.
Edit: Speaking of cars, get this. My friend thinks he can fix his '89 camaro and drop a 350 HP V8 in for under 3-4k. Lol, he won't listen to reason. The body work alone will cost that much . The whole body is rusted. The car is a piece of scrap. The underbody is falling apart and the interior has mold. Sorry, I had to tell someone that would listen, since he obviously won't.
