I agree with Hamma, Kane definitely wins. He was actally sure that he was bringing upon a new era of peace to the world, which makes him so much more evil, as it seems he is insane. Plus all the wierd sci-fi stuff with the tiberium, and Cabal.
Max payne (Game of the same name) JC Denton (Deus Ex) Aribeth (Neverwinter Nights) Yuri (Red Alert 2) was also pretty bad-ass
