Whats the best place to Party in Las Vegas?

Not really a poll just put that there for obvious reasons.

My fav was actually The Beach. Its off the main strip a lil bit, and not that big of a place but its ALWAYS a fun great party. They waste soo many bar napkins shreading them and throwing em around like confetie. So thats my vote:

THE BEACH.

I never really Partied there, just went and played the nickle slots and ate at the buffets.....also saw a guy who played the guatair and had a perrait (sp?) puppet, was funny. (show in a casino, I think it might have been stardust but not sure, was years ago)
