What do you mean you cant get the download to work? You cant get the email for the downloader?

I recieved the e-mail with the link to the zip file. But when I type in my account name and password it tells me im not a beta tester.

Did you say you wanted to use a differant user/pass for the game? if so, use the game user name for the patcher.

if not, did you register on the forums?

So, whats the problem? When you attempt to log into the game through the cityofheroes.exe program, ...its says the username/pw is wrong?

You shouldnt use the cityofheroes.exe to run CoH. Use the updater (cohupdater.exe) you originally downlaoded to run it

Check the FOH link, at the higher levels the game REALLY picks up, you fight archvillains, way cooler enemies, ect.
