Spoon-fed opinions by the media? Isn't the media the anti-Bush crowd in the first place?

We're obviously joking, as well. France does have a significant defensive ability. They just have a poor record.

By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

Are you kidding?!

Most of the media I've seen is retardedly right-wing to the point of miseducating the public and concealing the reality.

A poor record, huh?

Let's take World War II for example.

You're the CIC of the French Army. You have just witnessed the German war machine take out numerous countries with relative ease. You know Germany has you targetted next. You know that you're army is vastly inferior. They German's have just bypassed your wall because they attacked from Switzerland, which you did not expect (I wouldn't have expected it either, to be frank). So now, you have a decision to make.

A: Fight, lose all your men, have your country destroyed, and lose a lot of civilians in battle from collateral damage, and THEN lose.

or

B: Surrender, save your men, save your citizens, and save your countryside, and realize that you are not as powerful as Germany.

Tell me that France was wrong in this.

3. Giving France nuclear technology (which they used to become the "whores of nuclear proliferation", even selling nuclear technology to Saddam).
I can counter that easily
1. Helping the US leave the British Empire
2. France has been an important European country since it was formed
3. The US rarely traded nuclear secrets to anyone, and I have never seen you give proof that the US gave France the technology.(Also, there's a difference between reactors and bombs)

Bullshit, the French had a technological and numerical advantage in many aspects. German won due to tactics, not better equipment or more men.

Edit: I believe Frace surrendered so quickly it was astounding, while other countries really fought and created a huge problem for the Germans. winning the war on their own fronts(Russia for example, I'm not saying France would have been as "successful") but France should've TRIED to fight after a certain point

1. Makes no sence. Unless your talking about the Revolution, in which case you need to go back to history class.
2. Relative term, absolutely nothing substantial to that.
3. I don't believe that the holocaust occured. Prove it. Cmon Sputty, there's some things you SHOULD know. If you don't know basic history you need to educate yourself, not beg me for your education.

I think the French were brave during the war. They fought the Gemrans with the odds stack against them. They were outnumbered, out gunned, out manned. Bought they loved their country enough to still keep fighting and dying.

The French resistance did lots of things to help the Allies during the war. Like give secret info on the Germans, and do some behind the lines sagatoging.

And they fought before the Americans came into Europe. Lots of info for the D-day planning came from the French resistance who gave secret info to the Allies.

They fought for thier country with what they had left. Im sure Americans would do the same if thier country was taken over.

You guys need to cut them some slack. How long will this grudge last? Alot of you guys are just jumping the "Hate France" Band wagon. You really have no reason to hate them. Except everyone else in the country does. So you might as well join in.

The French sent an actual army to help the rag tag militia fight off the British. They also used thier navy to combat Britain's. Which took alot of balls to do back then. Because few countries wanted to go against the mighty British Navy. Which was dominate to allo ther countries.

Pants, people who follow history and keep up with the news have every right to hate France. Just because you know one bit of info from way back in history doesn't redeem them from the century of backstabbing, lieing, socialism, cowardice, greed, and plain evil that country has thrown about.

The US was already winning the war, with no chance of losing. Didn't take much "balls" at all. The Dutch did more to help the US than the French did. At least the Dutch sold us cannons, guns, and ammunition while the outcome was unknown.

I have no doubt in my mind that if it looked like the british were going to win, France would of been right there at the end to help slit our throats.
