Performance enhancements

With the new Dynamic LOD and the Improved RAM performance, the package is looking sweeter and sweeter.

Gonna try to get a copy of the game from a friend of mine, so I can start as soon as 2.9 is released.

Yea, the performance enhancments lowered my FPS. Adaptive LOD sounds interesting though.

meh. my comp can run the game perfectly smoothly at maxed graphics in a zerg.... but my brother could definately use the enhancements. Kinda sucks when we are on TS, he's gunning in a vehicle of mine and AV rounds are hitting all over, I'm like "OMGSHOOT WE ARE GONNA DIE AHHHH" and he's like "I CANT IM FUCKING LAGGING AH fuck we're dead"

Misc Info

I got a decent in-sanc performance enhancement on the test server, but didn't have the heart to test it out in battle as no one was on TS to talk to and PS gets very boring alone.

I noticed a difference, a HUGE drop in FPS and the game just keeps stuttering and its totally unplayable, Its good to see people have improved performance and are enjoying PS, I only wish i could be part of the fun

2.9 is an improvement over 2.8 once you set the LOD or whatever it is.
