Kills two people in a row is a sign of cheating? Since when? That's easy, especially with an AWP and two dummys. *snicker* I remember this one time...well, nevermind.
Killing people through boxes? Pshaw, that's not legit. Easy to do when you're tracking an enemy, or if you're lucky.
4 applies to above, 5 is funny but not true.
6, 7 and 8 apply to 5
9 is called a headshot
10 applies to 5, 11 are called binds, or something or another. I never use them, but a lot of people do. Don't think CAL outlawed it or something.

13 is true, unless the player is AFK
14 isn't true, happens a lot of times
15 can and will happen if the person looked away as the flashbang came in, or if the thrower over threw it, or under threw it and blinded himself

With Steam, and the numerous updates, cheating is really near impossible. You'd have to be a very skilled hacker to pull off any sort of hack in CS, and if you did, then you deserve the ability to own other people because that is your reward for beating th system. But you should be punished and one day you will slip up and Steam will find you.
