Making PS Movies

In all the well done movies I've seen the crosshair isn't visible and nor is the bar across the bottom, I know how to get rid of the other stuff but I don't know how to get rid of them - any help? Thanks.

I use Fraps for all the ps movies that I make mybe I should post some online somewhere..
I like NVsnipers movies the most reminds of the old days

95% of all PS Movies are crap. I just get rid of the interface sometimes because it gives the game a more cinematic feel, plus it you learn to identify enemies easier.

If only they could make PS movies like CS Skill movies. Though half of all the people featured in those movies are hackers...it's still fun to watch.

True, true, but there are a few well done ones out there. I'm not really aiming for a proper "film" per-se, more of a documentary style film about the new battle islands, for those who a: miss the playtest because of work and b: those who don't know how to get to the Test Server (there are still some out there).

CS movies have the advantage of being recorded from a demo, Planetside is real time which makes things more difficult.

However PS movies tend to be bad because they're often unedited, and so unless you're going through a complete documentation of something (which should really be narrated but rarely is) you end up watching a lot of boring stuff with a bit of action every 5 minutes.
