It's a decent show, I'll watch it if it's on. However, MTV has to lose money on that show, they put like 50 grand+ into each car.

I watch it on occassion. MTV = BET 2 or the White Girl Music Television Network. MTV kills brain cells. Pimp My Ride is a good show though and Real World is pretty good but dont shove any of that Jessica Simpson shit down my throat.

Ever notice how the shop they work in has huge ass posters of companies of products they use in the show? And ever notice how many times they say each product name and the company who makes it? They get money from those companies. The whole show is a commercial for those products.

that show is utter crap IMO. i agree with trig that Overhaulin' is something i might actualy have done to a car i had. but if i got "my ride Pimped" i'd sell it to some idiot rich kid for a whole ton.
