I'd get a nice semi-truck with a Caterpillar engine, reinforce the entire vehicle with bullet proof material. Install some gunning stations on the back trailer, with LOT's of ammo, and the rest gasoline. Yes sir you rmember Mad Max? Yeah that's gonna hapen some day and when it does I'll be prepared. But I'll buy a Harley to hold me over till then.
