If its anything like the first one, all classes but psymonks and gentanks are worthless in PVP.

You can be a spy and camo, but yeah, tanks and monks are the PvPers.

Ok, here's what you should do guys.

Choose your class. Choose anything you want. Then choose an avatar (Like a race). This affects your stats. Choose "Tangent Technologies" as your faction.

Don't do the tutorial unless you feel you really need to. When you spawn, you should be beside a bed. Walk over to the base commander and go into the blue tube with the bubble things that go upwards. Go through the door. Once you load, go through the door on the far side of the room. After you load, it might be a good idea to press tab and use the various tabs to check your inventory and set up your quickbar. If you're a PSI person, put your PSI gauntlet in your implant tab.

Walk down the incline and turn left at the sign. Keep going until you reach a building which is the gene replicator. Use it and teleport to your apartment. This will cost 1000NC, which is the currency used in this game. Go out of your apartment and into the street. Head to the nearest sewer hatch and start levelling up. Please note that the place called "abandoned rooms" is not a sewer. It's a high level dungeon.

How many people played the first Neocron? 16? It seemed like a good game from the overview, but there seemed to be so few players and had such a crappy fan base, I couldn't find anyone to talk to for more information. If Neocron 2 has more followers, it might be interesting to play around with it for a little while.

I know the first Neocron totaly sucked ass... so I might as well try this one... nothing to lose except a couple of hours maybe.

Plus I could use a time-killer... I'm bored to hell...
