You are hereby notified that the tenancy of the premise occupied by you is tenant of the owner of ADDRESS REMOVED, Bellevue, Washington, in the country of King, State odf Washington, is hereby terminated on the 31st day of October, 200, and that on the day you will be required by these presents to surrender the posession of said premesis to said owner or his agent named below, to default thereof proceedings will be commenced to dispossess you and to gain possession of said premesis.

Did you pay this month's rent?
After you sign a lease and it expires the contract is extended on a month to month basis until the new lease is signed (if it is). If you payed this months rent then can only kick you out after that month has been paid. I don't see how or why you would be evicted from a court proceeding. You might want to check it out to make sure there won't be any negative filing against you that will come back to haunt you later. That is, you want to make sure that she is not attempting to get a judgement against you. You can also fight the eviction which will take a while so you can stall her for being a bitch. |
