Parkas are waterproof on the inside.

They have hoods.

I had a damnsite heavier rain about a week ago. I could see about 2-3 metres infront of me, max. No water got through. My hair was completly dry.

this wouldnt be about some gun control laws that require you to have your gun consealed and put in a way that noone can see it and if they do its against the law now would it? ( at least i think thats the way it is in florida, right? )

that's why my requisites at the beginning of this thread included features on this jacket that would draw attention away from directions of folds & wrinkles. that's referred to as "printing" in florida law

i am wearing a holstered sidearm in both of those pictures on my right side.

I can see it now .. martyr and trig walking down the sidewalk and a local cop walking the other direction .. as the cop approaches he tell martyr "Assume the position", frisks him then says "nice jacket!".
