Haha, I use that every day to get my weather. It's so much nicer knowing EXACTLY what will be happening at 1600Z instead of getting the Weather Channel's vague "30% chance of rain and mostly sunny" forecast.

50% chance of rain with moderate VC activity...

The gun katas. Through analysis of thousands of recorded gunfights, the Cleric has determined that the geometric distribution of antagonists in any gun battle is a statistically predictable element. The gun kata treats the gun as a total weapon, each fluid position representing a maximum kill zone, inflicting maximum damage on the maximum number of opponents while keeping the defender clear of the statistically traditional trajectories of return fire. By the rote mastery of this art, your firing efficiency will rise by no less than 120%. The difference of a 63% increase to lethal proficiency makes the master of the gun katas an adversary not to be taken lightly.

Something to do with aviation, I believe

TAF's (terminal aerodrome forecast) and METAR's (Meterological Aerodrome Report) are designed and used for flight planning purposes.

Indeed

Want to see what the forecast looks like?

HERE!

KLAX 060316Z 060324 VRB03KT FEW120 SCT200
FM0800 13005KT P6SM BKN200
FM1500 VRB03KT P6SM BKN120
FM2000 26012KT P6SM BKN080

That's for Los Angeles Airport.

This one doesn't report the temperature or dewpoint, the altimeter setting, or the remarks. There are four different forecasts in that block for four different times of the day.

Try and decode it on your own
