b)It'd stop more than just the HART. Orbital strikes, EMP blasts, inter-continental communication.
c)The general message is to do with the lattice links. Lots of things are to do with these so it could be anything if you want to take the messages literally.

Would it affect EMP blasts? I thought the CUD itself emmitted them..

but the HART puts you on the orbatal platforms no use of them means to HART, sounds to me like the devs are planing somthing colosus again (ie bending)

the hart never made much sense , since you no longer are on 1 planet, only thing i can think of is that the hart goes to the center of the auraxis galaxy and just shoots you out like a rocket to the chosen planet. oh and the orbital strikes got same issue, no longer on same continent, only other thing i can think of is in the bending , the orbital stations became duplicated, but then.....where the people on it cloned???? lol i would like to see the devs explain this.

Remember how the fiction for cavern base capture CEP and BEP was written as the result of lattice communications upgrades? Could be the same for merit commendations.

the hart idea i think is true, as for the OS, the empires could have lanched extra stations over the new planets.

Hart wont go, might be a change like the timer and the design and the way it works.

But when will all this happen???
