The DL/School ID's were very very horrible, even compared to that one.

Jaged..never "edit" over your credit card number, its far to easy to get the original picture from the edited copy, unless you actually deleted that part of the picture memory.

Theres a fucking great big black stripe over it, there is no way you can remove that unless you had a psd with that as another layer. As for finding it out, you wouldn't be able to even if the stripe wasn't there due to it being a crappy phone camera/webcam image, the quality is nowhere near good enough to be able to make anything out, even when zoomed.
