Realy though is it new? seems exactaly like what some police departments use for teargas.

Video games are a great way to find new types of weapons. That would be great to have a job playing video games and studying the weapons in them, and seeing if they can actually become a reality. I'd say like $90,000 a year should do well for that kind of job.
