Zedd, one of the devs, said somewhere on the forum that it should start sometime in a few weeks. Most players are sayings mid to end of this month.

They are waiting for 6000 players to sign up to start the next round. And they are redesigning the combat system for this round too I read somewhere on the forums.

From what I understand we should try to take "free space" to regroup since we're spread out. Our "home planets will be safe till near the end of the game. I say we head for Galaxy 17.

But we have to wait till the game starts.

This is going to take a while.There's not even half of the amount of poeple needed to play.
And then after that it takes an hour for each turn.I guees this is a game for the extremely patient.Or for the poeple with other games to play on their computer.

This game isnt desgined to be played hours at a time, just a fun thing to waste a bit of time. See along the lines of Nation States.

It's something that you can play no matter where you are and you don't have to dedicate 5 billion hours a day to it to get anywhere.

Just a quick update: They have already started on filling up galaxy 8. Just thought I would let every one know, because, y'know, its just that important.

Just a little update for those that are interested. The game may start May 6. It's not set in stone. And some other Alliance wants us to merge into their Alliance. I think it might be a good idea seeing as how we all have no clue how to play the game yet. Check the little forum thing we have at the site.

And for anyone else how wants to join us read the first few posts of this thread.

The Jupiter 2 game starts Sunday 28th May. There is a test "speed game" this weekend. Sign ups for it are separate.
