Weird key lag in PS

When I'm playing and stuff I'll sometimes lose control of my character and it'll keep moving in the same direction that it was moving. Also, sometimes the typing is laggy too, so I'm guessing it's like a key lag.

Athlon64 3200
2GB PC3200
Radeon X800GTO clocked to 515/600

Check your bandwidth settings in the PS options - play around with it a bit.
