Planetside Pre-Order

I finally got around to pre-ordering Planetside, and they told me it had an april release. Now thats Screwed up, theres a chance it got confused with SWG, but if not SOE needs to keep these companies Up to Date.

Sometimes I do wonder where people get those dates... SOE must give them an estimate? or perhaps they read the fansites and get an estimate?

The new PC GAMER mag says March as a date. I am not counting on anything till SJ says the date for sure though.

In the stores they say april and in the PC Gamer they say march..?? ??

just ignore all that crap thats stores and mags say about release dates and go with what the devs have said, absolute last day Q1 i.e. march 31

Well, the stores are all saying early April. However, PC Gamer says March, but remember an issue of PC Gamer is written at least a month or two prior to its release. Due to that fact the release date could be slightly off for PC Gamer. Given that Beta starts this Saturday, I'd say a April date is a bit more realistic.

Well end of march is probably when it will go gold, ie - in stores first of april.

But again, Only listen to dates that come from SJ or one of the SOE guys.
