100% Oxygen is only poisonous when it's above Atmosphereic pressure, combined with long exposure times it is(over hours at a time).
It's not a cumulative effect either, once you aspirate the excess out you can do it all over again. Over a long term I could see it reduce your red blood cell count, similar to how people that live in the mountians develop higher levels of red blood cells, only backwards. The fire danger is >>>>>>

I think what many of you fail to realize is that in many areas of Japan, such as Tokyo, air pollution is actually a real issue. So in the same manner that you want to get pure bottled water, you'd get pure bottled air. Sure, I still think bottled air is kinda silly, but the premise behind the idea isn't totally ridiculous.
