I am a CR5 on Werner called CimotaGH and have been banned by SoE, I have never cheated in my life, I have played PS for 2 and a half years.
Is it their hack detection software that is apparently bugged ?

How can anyone redress the situation, I can't log onto the PS forums or seem to find out how to contact SoE at all in relation to appealing.
In their E-Mail they say it's not open to discussion so how on earth if I havn't cheated do I get them to change their decision ?
