Technical and Account support options for Monday, September 3rd 2007

This just in from the Official Site:

Technical and Account phone support will be unavailable on Monday September 3rd 2007 in observance of Labor Day. Phone support will return to its normal hours of 10:00am through 7:00pm PST, on Tuesday September 4th 2007.
Live Chat is available from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time.
Email is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Our Self-help knowledgebase is also available at www.station.sony.com/kb with answers to your questions.
