Old account recovery?

I played in 03 when this game was released and then had to unsubscribe from end of 03 - 05 because of a deployment. I dont remember if I recovered my old account or not but I played in 05-06 including aftershock. I still have the software in my direct2drive box. I tried to play a free trial a year or so ago and was stifled by lack of win7 support.

From what I understand it now supports win7. Assuming I can actually get the game to run and support 5760x1080 resolution, is there anyway to get my old account back? Can I just key in the old info that is still in my mailbox and renew? What about the server merge, am I fracked now?

Also, has anyone actually got a Next beta invite yet?

On the beta invite - no not yet. We aren't to that point yet.. hehe.

As far as recovering your account, if you don't have access to your old e-mail address anymore I would imagine you would have to call SOE tech support or do a live chat session with them to recover your account.

I had to deal with support on this recently - having my serials was probably the key - but it was surprisingly painless.
