I was wondering what it would take to bring me back to Planetside again. Apperantly, I just needed to hear 2 words...pop lock.

I'm sure somedays are better than others, but I think its time I resub here for a bit and see if I can feel some of that magic again.

I re subbed a little over a week ago and I've seen 3 or 4 pop locks. A week ago Sunday, last Friday, Saturday afternoon and I think yesterday. Lots of interest on other gaming forums I frequent.

I almost resubbed this weekend, but got busy. I don't care about getting into beta. I think I just need a Planetside fix.

I finally broke down the other day and resubbed. Once I finally got everything worked out, I only played for about an hour and there weren't any huge battles going on. It was just nice to be back.

Last night, though, I got to play for awhile and it was soooo sweet. Far from poplock, but there were enough people on to get a red alert or 2. It totally reminded me of why I loved Planetside so much. Now I just need to shake 3 years of cobwebs off. I feel like a freakin noob.

A Vanu outfit apparently had 52 members online tonight gunning 8 Galaxy Gunships. In the middle of an assault on Cyssor, attacking Nzame, I look up and just saw the various munitions flying in my direction. The most fun I've had dying seeing such an awesome sight.

We fell back and pulled the most skyguards and burster MAX units I've seen at once.

ohh damn. I haven't played since reserves, and it's been a long four years. I think I'll resub soon in honor of four years wasted in real life.
The only reason I haven't done so sooner is because PS never ran correctly on my old computer, and I think I tested it too early on my new Windows 7. I tried on like the weekend after it came out, so PS might not have supported 7 yet, but it seems to now.

I look forward to contributing to these pop locks!

Any good NC outfits on the rise I should look in to?
