Ok...After closer examination that definitely looks like Dust 514 character armor. I HIGHLY doubt SOE would copy some other games character. Especially one that hasn't been released yet. My money says fake.

It's a creative shop but I think a shop nonetheless. The whole cartoon look doesn't seem like something you'd use as a background for the game. It's more likely this is from some chinese game or anime, they added the warpgate, and the logos on the uniforms.

It COULD be real but then I assume it's a very early concept / placeholder :P

Dont you know? Chinese Goverment has installed Flux Compensators in all lines that go to the outside world, means the Chinese are actually able to browse the future.
