Question!

Returning Vet here, just reinstalled PS, the only server available is Gemini, but I had multiple chars on Emerald, my br25 cr5 char named Jbird on TR and I had a br23 c2/3 on NC named JbirdNC. How do i get these chars back?? Just open a ticket and inquire about it? Do you think it will be possible to get my chars back at all?

if your logging into your old account then your characters will be there, they should just have -E at the end of their names to mark that they came from Emerald.
Mine were all safe and sound when I rejoined.

If you've created a new account then I don't know if SOE can port them accross, I doubt it.

Didn't log into Gemini, did you? That would have answered your question.

Is emerald still around? Gemini was the only one on the server list at the time...

Gemini is the only server now and all characters from all servers was moved to Gemini

Well.. this is sad news lol...Im trying to access my account but 1) cant remember the answer to my secret question 2) since changed my credit card info so now i cant get my chars...tried calling SOE and everything and they couldnt help for obvious security reasons. Sad day indeed.

I have my username...cant remember my pw for some reason...and my security answer is not correct for the question which i know is bs...so now i gotta try and find last four digits of the visa i used back in the day..

Hmm. Do you remember placing any online orders with the card at all that it maybe still sitting in that store account? I just looked at my credit report, but I forget if the report lists the whole account number or at least the last four. You could get the free one you are entitled to each year to see if it is on there perhaps.
