First of all... I love the shameless thanking of the Planetside Dev team at the end. If this doesn't get you in the beta nothing will.

Also, why does anyone care about the history of the different people. As soon as we all start playing the game and populate the groups with people at PCs, all of the groups become relatively homogenous, bloodthirsty, deceiving, nasty, lying, cheating, stealing, war mongers. The whole idea of a serious storyline to a FPS always amuses me.

Spend the Dev time on improving framerate.

it's what most would call pre-game boredom there's no real other reason besides that. i mean, what else do we got to do?

Also i would like to point out with there heads poking outa the tank like that we would have sniped them looooong before they wound have got near the area we were excavating alien ruins at. Actually the NC getting 2 guys away from the bong long enough to get in a tank and get there is pushing it though..... of course it would have been the NC hugging trees and not the Vanu, or the NC fornicating with trees after a few to many dubies.

Because it's a MMO game, a simple Quake like wouldn't work, you need some flava. And the dev team wished to incorporate RPG elements to make the game more enjoyable and better adapt it to MMO gaming. I think it's a great idea.
