Asking you really.

you wouldn't have been unique by any means. Quite a few of the DT guys are from Scotland / UK and in the other direction we had quite a few US players i our outfit.

Ahh ok, yea I did Play Warner, I was in ISK for the most part, but then joined Azure when the servers merged/when I left ISK.

Yea we had folks from all over the place in ISK. Not just from our neck of the woods.

tl;dr Is there a way I can change the stream so people don't hear ventrilo, just the game?

This might be more of a question for the tech forum, but I figured there may be quite a bit of people with knowledge of streaming in this thread too.

Anyway to toggle vent sound going through to the stream? I realize people hearing what's said on Vent/TS/etc is cool but there are times where I'd like to take that aspect out without having to mute it.

There are plenty of ways to make sure you only stream certain audio. But go for the tech forum really, and link the thread you create there here. Its a rather big thing to do mostly.
