Ill take better performance/better graphics/better controls over my couch anyday. My gaming chair is so much more comfortable than my sofa anyways.

Anyways not going to happen with current gen consoles.

BF3(PC) - 32v32 (64 max).
Pushed to 128v128 (256 max) during internal development. The engine could handle it, the maps were simply too small.

BF3(PS3/360) - 12v12 (24 max).
Current generation consoles just don't have the power.

Don't beleive me, take it from a dev.
DICE dev: consoles can’t handle over 24 players

Hamma, i suggest you add something to the forum rules:

- dont start a thread or derail a thread into a Console discussion.
- dont mention Consoles in any thread within the Planetside 2 section
- dont think about how Planetside 2 could play on Consoles

Breaking these laws will be punished with being forced to play Halo 4 for full 3 Weeks, on a Sega Master System II !

I don't see the game coming to the PS3. If SOE wanted to do a offshoot for the PS4 that would be cool for me. Although I would prefer that version to be completely separate from the PC development. While I am sure the PS4 will be much more capable then the PS3 I just do not want the "console experience" ruining any future plans for PS2.
