I remember hearing about it, and looking forward to it after PS1 started to decline for me. Now PS2 is coming out and nothing ever became of Huxley. I wouldn't have guessed that. Anyone else disappointed in Huxley?

The more info about that game was released, the less i started to like it. went from an MMOFPS to a instanced shooter with an mmo meta/progression system

To be honest its setup is similar to Global Agenda now that I think of it due to the centralized setup and PvP/PvE elements. Although Huxley promised bigger fights. The game just never came out and is vaporware at this point IMO. Biggest farce to date was Lost Colony though.

It was a botched attempt at making a mmofps. Really was just a scam in my opinion due to there being a preorder $20 and everything about the game was ripped off for Ps. It shut down due to lack of funding from investors. Check the official ps forums for more info.

Played around in the Huxley beta. The server lag in PvP was truly annoying and the majority of content was unavailable. Graphics were decent as was the gunplay but it was a standard leveling system with only two areas. One for beginners and then one for everyone else. That doesn't exactly work when a lv10 goes against a lv40 and there are damage and health upgrades that come with levels and upgrades.
