Cany you use BANK to repair vehicles?

I've read in numerous places about BANK and some say you can repair vehicles and some say you cant? Someone please tell me the final answer. My guess is yes.

There is a BANK and a Repair gun, i would doubt that the bank does both things. http://www.planetside-universe.com/c...?p=sdEquipment

Isn't the bank just a quick fix for armor like the medickit is for health? think they are.

the nano dispenser is a handheld repair gun... held like a rifle.
