DONT GO SEE TEARS OF THE SUN.

Myself and a group of friends went in expecting a war movie on the same scale as blackhawk down. Instead we got a crappy soul searching, prowar propogand bullshit. Now if your a fan of this, dont let me stop you from paying 7 dollars to see this. If you actually want some action included in your war movies, you might wanna see something else.

I loved the part where they all ran forward shooting into the trees. We all died laughing. Hell they werent crouched down at all, they just ran....omfg


And the black chick at the end....omfg. Shes spent her whole life in africa, most of it at a mission in the jungle, she spends 3 or 4 days in the jungle running from the enemy, but at the end she smilies and has PERFECTLY STRAIT AND PEARLY WHITE TEETH. Lets be serious, im sure they had time to brush their teeth and the preist was a doctor and an orthodontist.

Actually many africans have very white teeth, their diet keeps em like that, unless they live in the citys or South Africa and eat western sugery foods.

When I go to the movies, it's never to see just one. We pay for one, and watch 2 or 3. Tonight I saw Cradle 2 the Grave (Nothing that great), Tears of the Sun Pretty much what has been said here, and Darkness Falls (Typical try to be scarry movie with a dumb plot).

I actually enjoyed Tears of the Sun. Sure it's no Black Hawk Down but I found it a satisfying action movie with no disappointments.

Edit: I agree though with the scene when they were running into the trees where the shots were being fired from was a little odd.

I never really care what people say about a movie, i thought it looked good so even if lots of peeps here say it isn't i'm still gonna rent the DvD when it comes out.
