My Imperator has been great. Been using it, since the summer of 2010. However my previous Lachesis crapped out on me within 6 months. Copperhead lasted over 5 years before dying.

i immediatly felt the different switching from logitech mice to the imperiator, it kicked the shit out of them IMO in terms of accuracy, but the fucking thing died constantly on me and required me to reset it all the time, like every other razor product iv used, allso its Z axis annoyed the shit outta me.

ill have to see if i can get a hold of a zowie AM, they dont seem to readily available in Australia.

it did take me awhile to get adjusted to the Xai, longer than any mouse, but i still dont feel it was ever as good as the imperiator.

Got an e-mail from STO today, they're giving out some Logitech product discount. I don't have any need for the code, but if anyone wants to buy a new mouse or something I can PM it. It's good for two purchases.

This was the message

Perfect World is teaming up with Logitech to offer you some great items at an even greater discount! Get 35% off select Logitech keyboards and mice (G300, G700, G13, G110).

Oh, Razer is trash now? Hm. They used to so rock. Perhaps, like many, they exalted profit over quality and cheaped-out on their designs.

Do the others have left-hand or ambi- mice with nine buttons?

Hm, no, that's subjective... I use a Razer Deathadder and it's anything you could want in a mouse. 3500 DPI is more than you'll ever need, it's very responsive and accurate, and it's ergonomic. People just like to jump on the Logitech bandwagon. Nothing wrong with that, of course. I have no experience with Steel series however.

It seems with most people it's hit or miss with Razer... they might get a lemon, or they just like to throw their product at walls and smash it on the desk... who knows...

One just so happened to come out today, actually.

It looks terrible, I'll grant you...But it's a thing.

Can't think of any others.

Looking at Scan's selection, the Kova might, sort of, qualify?

Edit: Also, I'm not sure Razer ever so rocked. They used to be better, certainly, but I think their popularity was in large part due to them being the one of the only ones offering "gamer-style" peripherals, next to the rather more sensible Logitech. Looking at how juvenile gaming peripherals look now though, I'm not sure their success was a good thing at all.
