What are you willing to pay?

I just read threw the other posts about cost and it got me thinking.

Since Planetside is actually a game that hasn't been done before. When it comes to a monthly fee what should they base the cost on? MMORPG have considerably more content so charging a price comparable to an RPG style wouldn't be fair.

What do you think is a fair price?

Personally I think it should be about $8-10 per month. When it comes time to add content I'll pay more for the expansion. But the monthly fee should be lower then an RPG style, since we the players are actually the only content in this style of game.

it will probably be like 12-13$ i hope it is less but i dont think it will be. Most MMOG are this much i think

I'd like to keep it down around $10, but I am willing to pay up to $15. I want to subscribe to SWG as well, so anything higher than $15 is gonna cause SWG to be passed up.

Shoot, I'm already paying upwards of about $50 a month to various gaming releated services such as FilePlanet.

I really hope it's closer to $10 than $15 like other rumors have stated. Even though there might be less content, mantaining the game is just as hard as any other MMOG, maybe a little less. I can't say it's likely, but I hop it's less than $10.

I never pay monthly were for web-services like FilePlanet or websites like IGN or Gamespot. Like I'll pay for info I can get on thousands of other websites for free.

I suppose anywhere between 10-15 dollars monthly. It's unlikely that they will charge under 10.

i really hope it's nowhere above somewhere around $13, cuz my income aint that big.....

i'm also willing to go to $15 though if i need to, but past that and it's back to CS for me....
