Screen Spam graphics PS2

I was surfing youtube for PS2 video feeds and found this one of higby posted a few days ago. I just wanted to see if anybody else finds it annoying that at some points a graphic is spammed in your screen about a facility being defended for 10 seconds. I find this extremely annoying. Maybe it will be something we can adjust with settings in game, I dont know.

Nope, they definitely want to block your entire screen so you can't see anything.

It only happens if you are not NC.. The NC get a clean screen, and they also don't get any CTDs.
